For booking and rates purposes, children are considered to be under the age of 12, and children’s rates apply when sharing with two adults
Please note that all guests are required to sign an indemnity form on arrival
Forest Hall cannot be held responsible for any loss of guests' personal effects. Use of all facilities at own risk
Forest Hall Guest House reserves the right of admission. We also reserve the right to remove any guest/s whose behaviour impacts negatively on other guests and/ or staff.
Reserve Your Booking
50% of total amount to be paid in advance to secure your booking via direct bank deposit, credit card or EFT
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled prior to 1 month before arrival date the full deposit will be refunded except for admin fee of R250.00
If cancelled 1 month to 2 weeks of arrival date 50% of your deposit is refundable
If cancelled 2 weeks up to 3 days of arrival date,100% of deposit is retained
If cancelled 3 days or less from arrival date including no shows, you will be held liable for payment of the full booking amount
Exceptions to the above would include death, disaster or illness which must be verified with a valid doctor's certificate
