A special
rate for long stays or group bookings can be negotiated.
Conferencing
or special events (15 people max)
Daily rate will be quoted but is very dependent on individual catering
requirements.
Terms & Conditions to
secure reservation
50% of total amount to be
paid in advance to secure your booking via direct bank
deposit, credit card or EFT.
Should you require cancellation prior to 1 month before
arrival date the full deposit will be refunded except
for admin fee of R100.00.
If you cancel 1 month to
2 weeks of arrival date 50% of your deposit is
refundable.
If cancelled 2 weeks up
to 3 days of arrival date,100% of deposit is retained.
Cancellations made from 3
days before up until arrival date, you will be held
liable for payment of the full booking amount.
Exceptions to the above
would include death, disaster or illness which must be
verified with a valid doctor's certificate.
